As a 50 year old local and dodgy home mechanic I regularly go to this store for various products, spending around $100 a month on average. Normally, the staff are OK to deal with. But on Saturday 9th Oct 2021 I was in the process of buying some motorcycle oil when I was accused of stealing from the store. All eyes were on me as the staff member rifled through my back pack, opening every single zipper. I felt ashamed. Of course, aside from my action camera and genuine Suzuki oil filter, he found nothing. He then had the utter cheek to tell me to leave my bag at the front of the shop if I didn't want that to happen again. He then tried to hand my bag back to me with all the zippers wide open. Thankfully, he obliged when I demanded he zip everything back up. Here is my vow. I will never shop there again. Ever. I will tell everyone I know not to shop there.

I called the Joondalup branch to make an enquiry, i spoke to a lady Brea & she was so.. helpful, she was AWESOME!! all my questions were answered. Thank-you Brea, my lucky day, as usually she's at the Ellenbrook branch.

I was very disappointed in the store tonight. I had been working at the Galleria, and when I came out, I found both my head lights were gone. I went round to shop and asked if I could get the headlights and have someone put them in. I was told they couldn't put them in as it was too late. I feel this was very irresponsible to allow someone to drive home with no head lights. Surely there has to be some duty of care. Yes, it was dark outside but I would of happily held a torch to help them out.In the end I just had to drive home with my high beams on.

Took our car to have a look at the air conditioner. They were very professional, even though we did not get it fixed, as it was needing a new compressor and they are very expensive to fix. But they checked it properly. And their quote was a lot cheaper than another auto place we took it too. Would go back to them for a service always. Thank you for all that you did for us this morning.

Tried to buy 250ml of paint and the only had 50ml containers due to lack of proper stocking. They wouldn’t sell me 5 x 50ml for the same price. Excuse was manager wouldn’t like if I did that. What’s happened to logic and customer service?
